FAILE Vintage Club host annual tractor run presentation evening

Gaelscoil an Eiscir Riada and Molesworth Bridge Community Playground were the beneficiaries of cheques for €8000 each at the FAILE Vintage Club tractor run presentation evening in Seery's Bar Daingean.

The cheques presented were reflective of the fundraising efforts of both Gaelscoil an Eiscir Riada and Molesworth Bridge Community Playground in support of the participants of this year's tractor run.

Thanking the FAILE Vintage Club committee Donna Ni Mhairtin of Gaelscoil an Eiscir Riada said the funds received would go toschool's wards equipment for the sensory room with sensory grass, fidget toys and a deep pressure ball pit being some of the items to be purchased.

Representing Molesworth Bridge Community Playground, Sarah Fitzgerald also thanked the committee for the opportunity to take part in this year’s tractor run.

Sarah confirmed that the funds received would go towards maintenance of the playground and also the purchasing of additional equipment of the well used amenity in Daingean.

FAILE Vintage Club committee members congratulated both groups and thanked them for making this year's run a great success.
