Offaly IFA meeting on farm succession and inheritance

Offaly IFA will host a meeting in Tullamore tomorrow night (Wednesday, April 23) which will focus on a number of important topics related to farm succession and inheritance issues.

The meeting, which gets underway at 8.30pm in the Bridge House Hotel, will focus on succession, inheritance and agricultural education.

Speakers on the night will include Martina Collins from IFAC Accountants and Bernard Doorley from Teagasc.

Among the topics listed for discussion at tomorrow night's meeting are: BISS; Young Farmer Benefits; Entitlements; Education requirements and taxation issues around the farm business.
