Offaly Hospice Remembrance Walk on Good Friday

The Offaly Hospice Annual Good Friday Remembrance Walk will take place this year on Friday, April 18, with participants walking a leisurely two-lap route through the scenic Lloyd Town Park in Tullamore.

The walk will begin at the Offaly Hospice Charity Shop on Main Street, and the route is suitable for all age and fitness levels. While registration for this event is free, walkers are welcome to make a donation if they wish.

The annual Good Friday walk organised by Offaly Hospice offers an ideal opportunity for reflection and remembrance, and will be followed by light refreshments. The social get together after the walk creates a welcoming space for everyone to connect and share in the experience.

The Remembrance Walk is a special occasion for the community in Tullamore and surrounding areas to come together and walk in memory of loved ones, honouring their lives and the cherished the shared moments.

Offaly Hospice is looking forward to a good turnout on Good Friday, where walkers will support each other as they remember and celebrate those they have lost.
