Local Link announces Offaly bus services to be cancelled or delayed on Friday

TFI Local Link Laois Offaly has announced a series of service cancellations or delays due to Storm Éowyn tomorrow (Friday).

The local bus service provider said that, due to the red-warning storm, all of its door-to-door services on Friday would be cancelled.

In addition, the following college services have been cancelled:

2343 Mount Lucas; 2347 Mount Lucas; 11159 Tullamore – Moate; 2324 Daingean – Maynooth; 906 Cloghan – Templemore; 9989 Roscrea – Templemore; 1925 Pollagh – Moate; 7100 Belmont – Moate; 907 Roscrea – Moate; 9990 Ferbane – Moate; 10062 Stradbally to Athlone TUS.

The local link service said that, at the time of writing, the following high-frequency services were due to operate from Friday afternoon, depending on weather and conditions along the route:

806 Portarlington – Monasterevin – first service at 13:15 from Portarlington

815 Tullamore – Athlone - first service at 13:00 from Tullamore

822 Mountrath – Carlow– first service at 15:05 from Mountrath

823 Birr – Portlaoise - first service at 13:30 from Birr

834 Portlaoise – Roscrea– first service at 12:30 from Portlaoise

840 Banagher – Tullamore – first service at 14:10 from Banagher

850 Athlone – Roscrea – first service at 15:00 from Athlone and 15:48 from Roscrea

858 Portlaoise – Thurles – first service at 12:50 from Thurles
