Clara Musical Society ready to spread festive spirit

Clara Musical Society will be holding their festive concert again this year in St Brigid’s Church, in the town on Thursday, December 19, at 8pm.

Online tickets for 'The Magic of Christmas' is now open on the Clara Musical Society website, www.clarams.com. Tickets are also available from any committee member, or on the door on the night, and will cost €10 for an adult and €5 for a child.

The event will feature both classic and modern Christmas songs. Rehearsals for this concert have been taking place twice weekly since mid-November, with the choir featuring adults, teens and children aged from eight years.

Clara Musical Society also recently announced that its 2025 production will be 'Sweet Charity', though registration for joining the cast has now closed.
