Tullamore receive 10th Gold Medal at 2024 Tidy Towns ceremony

Tullamore has received it's 10th Gold Medal in a row at the 2024 Tidy Towns ceremony held in Croke Park today, November 1.

They were one of three Offaly towns to be awarded a Gold Medal, with Geashill and Birr joining them.

Minister Pippa Hackett congratulated the town on it's fantastic achievement.

"Well done to Tullamore Tidy Towns on receiving their 10th gold medal in a row in the Tidy Towns competition!" she said.

"Fair play to all the volunteers and the committee for all their hard work. Enjoy the celebrations!"
