Tolü Makay set for live-streamed 'Other Voices' performance

Offaly singer Tolü Makay is part of the line-up for the fifth instalment of 'Other Voices: Home at the Guinness Storehouse' which takes place next month and will be streamed live online.

The event will be held on November 13 and, in addition to Tolü, the line-up includes The Mary Wallopers, Just Mustard, SOAK, Pádraic Keane and Niamh Regan.

It looks set to be a memorable night of intimate performances at St James's Gate, and a limited number of free tickets will be released on Tuesday, October 29, at 12 noon.

Tolü Makay grew up in Tullamore, where her family is based, and rose to national prominence in recent years as a result of her remarkable vocal talent.

Philip King, Other Voices founder, said: "Other Voices: Home at the Guinness Storehouse promises to be a great night for all the musicians taking part, for those joining us in the room, and for those watching live and online around the world.

"We are delighted to be able to collapse distance and bring everyone together for this wonderful occasion, and it’s just great that this year an exclusively Irish line-up will take to the stage at the home of Guinness in the heart of the Liberties."

'Other Voices: Home at the Guinness Storehouse' takes place live and online on Wednesday, November 13, at 7.30pm.

A limited number of free tickets for the over-18s event will be available on October 29, at 12pm, from: www.guinness-storehouse.com/en/visit/other-voices
