Offaly business shortlisted for three Irish Family Business awards

An Offaly facility for children's entertainment has been shortlisted for three categories in the annual Irish Family Business Awards.

Playtown Tullamore has been shortlisted for the Family Business Corporate Social Responsibility Award, the Fastest Growing Family Business Award and the Rising Star Award.

The Irish Family Business Awards, now in its 6th year, is an event that recognises the dedication, innovation, and resilience of family-run enterprises across Ireland.

The winners will be announced at a gala luncheon hosted by Matt Cooper, Today FM, on Friday, November 8, at the Crowne Plaza, Blanchardstown.

The awards provide a platform to honor the remarkable contributions of family businesses to the Irish economy and local communities.

There are a 21 categories for businesses to compete in, reflecting the many thriving sectors of irish family businesses

Playtown Tullamore describes itself as a 'children's museum', and offers a wide variety of games and toys, as well as role play opportunities and creative rooms. It is suitable for all the family, from ages 6 months plus.
