Taoiseach Simon Harris pays visit to Tullamore secondary school
Coláiste Choilm Tullamore welcomed Taoiseach Simon Harris to the school on Thursday, September 12.
The Taoiseach was in the area for the Fine Gael party 'think-in' which was held over the course of two days at the Tullamore Court Hotel.
His arrival marked a significant occasion for the school, as both students and staff had opportunities to meet the country's leader and hear what he had to say.
The Taoiseach began his visit by addressing the entire student body and staff in the assembly hall. His speech touched on a variety of important topics, from the future of education in Ireland to the importance of young people getting involved in shaping the country's future.
