Offaly Down Syndrome Association held annual Summer Family Fun Day

Offaly Down Syndrome Association has held their Summer Family Fun Day.

The event was held in the grounds of Tullamore Rugby Club on Sunday August 18.

Robbie Donnelly, Branch Administrator for Offaly Down Syndrome Association said: “Our members really look forward to the Family Fun Day every year. It’s the one time that all of our members and their families get together for an afternoon to enjoy some great food, a bit of sunshine, and a chance to let their hair down for the day”.

The Summer Family Funday featured live music from the amazing Kyle Riley, as well as entertainments from DJ Dave McEvoy.

An arts and crafts table was also hosted by Holly Donnelly, where attendees were able to create their own special works of art.

The Birr First Responders were in attendance at the event ensuring all attendees could enjoy the day safely.

The Offaly Down Syndrome Association extended special thanks to Kieran Conroy and his team from The Phoenix Tullamore, Freda from Tús Maith.
