Young Offaly footballer lines out in Croke Park on All Ireland final day

A talented young footballer got to experience what it's like to run out onto the Croke Park turf on All Ireland final day when he represented Offaly Cumann na mBunscol in the half-time game during the meeting of Armagh and Galway yesterday.

The Offaly Cumann na mBunscol group shared a photo of Dromakeenan National School pupil Dylan England at GAA headquarters on the big day, and praised his performance in the half-time game.

"Congratulations and well done to Dylan, who represented Offaly Cumann na mBunscol with a distinguished performance at the Cumann na mBunscol half time game," it said.

Dylan qualified to play on the big occasion in Croke Park by winning the Offaly Cumann na mBunscol boys football skills competition in Clara earlier this year.
