Shark Hanlon to appear at Pre-Cheltenham event in Edenderry

With only eight weeks to Cheltenham, Edenderry Lions Club has announced a cracking line-up for its Pre-Cheltenham Evening in Larkin's Lounge on Thursday, March 7 at 8pm.

The panel will be made up of John (Shark) Hanlon, trainer of Hewick, winner The King George, American Grand National, Galway Plate and America National Hunt Horse of the year.

Shark as a trainer has many other wins, Kerry National, Bet 365 Gold Cup, Grade 1s and more.

On the night get the inside information on Hewick for Cheltenham Gold Cup 2024.

Gavin Cromwell, the trainer of Flooring Porter, the double Cheltenham Stayers Hurdle winner will also appear on the night.

He has many winners at home and abroad in both flat and jump racing. Among his accolades is winner of the Welsh Grand National, Cheltenham Champion Hurdle and Grade 1s and more.

The line-up's other name is Daragh Fitzpatrick, a leading bookmaker and the man with the odds!
