Visual Art Exhibition to open in Esker Arts Centre this weekend
A visual art exhibition by three renowned artists, two of whom are based in the West of Ireland, is due to open its door to the public at Esker Arts Centre in Tullamore on Saturday next, August 5.
The exhibition is called “Imposed Geometries” and it explores the concept of house/structure through a series of striking paintings and sculpture.
“Imposed Geometries’” is curated by Ian Wieczorek and features works by Betty Gannon and Tom Brawn, both of whom are based in Westport, county Mayo, along with Cork-born artist, Cormac O’Leary, who now lives in Leitrim with his family.
The official opening of the latest visual art exhibition to be staged in the recently-opened Esker Arts Centre takes place at 4pm on Saturday next, August 5.
Admission is free and all are welcome.
