We Banjo 3 for Birr Theatre

Sit back and watch the sparks fly as the award winning "We Banjo 3" take you on a rollercoaster ride through banjo history at Birr Theatre and Arts Centre on Sunday, February 24 at 8pm. The "We Banjo 3" show features virtuousos Enda and Fergal Scahill with Martin and David Howley. Featuring banjos, fiddle, mandolins, guitars, banjolin and vocals the band combine Irish music with old-time American, ragtime and bluegrass influences. "We Banjo 3" are from Galway and recently won the Music Network Young Musicwide Award. Their debut album, "Roots of the Banjo Tree" was voted best trad album in the Irish Times last December.
