Local Gardai make weekend drugs seizure

The Offaly Drugs Unit and local detective unit seized an estimated €24,000 worth of controlled drugs in the Tullamore area over the weekend.

Gardai say a female in her 30s was arrested and has since been released.

A file on the matter will be sent to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
