Three tullamore properties fetch over 500000 at latest allsop auction

Three properties in Tullamore have fetched a combined total of over half a million euro at the latest Allsop Space property auction in Dublin this week.
The three properties sold for €415,000, €75,000 and €39,000 respectively, bringing the total to €529,000. Five properties in Edenderry were withdrawn prior to the auction.
The highest selling property was a detached warehouse building on the Clonminch Road, Spollanstown, which had a reserve range of €120,000 - €130,000, but sold for €415,000.
The property is arranged over ground and part upper floor to provide a detached warehouse with ancillary offices and storage.
A retail unit on Main Street told for a price much closer to its reserve of €38,000, selling for €39,000. The ground floor retail unit measures 1,033sq ft and is set within a wide mixed use development arranged over ground and two upper floors.
A detached three-bedroom house at Puttaghan sold €75,000, which was its reserve. Measuring 941 sq ft the property has off street parking, a garage to the rear and front and rear gardens.
