Daingean Grand Canal Wheelers Cycling Club launch Peatlands Tour 2025

Daingean Grand Canal Wheelers Cycling Club has launched the Peatlands Tour 2025, taking place on Saturday, May 17.

A fundraising initiative, this year's Peatlands Tour will support the Daingean Senior Citizens Christmas Dinner.

Offering two routes for participants, 40km and 80km, the Peatland Tour 2025 is open to cyclists of all levels.

Registration for the event starts at 8am in Daingean Town Hall at a cost of €20 per participant.

Both routes will start from the Grand Canal Wheelers clubhouse at the square in Daingean, the 80km group departing at 9am, while the 40km group will leave at 9.15am.
