RTÉ to show Offaly camogie side's league final on Sunday

Offaly's appearance in the Very Camogie League Division 2A final against Derry on Sunday will be shown live on RTÉ television.

The game will take place at Semple Stadium, Thurles, at 12.15pm, and will be followed by the 1A final (Cork v Galway) at 2.15pm.

Speaking ahead of the big game, Offaly’s Orlagh Phelan said: "We've had an impressive run to the final, with solid performances across the board.

"Our wins over Kerry, Derry, Meath, Carlow, and Armagh have been a testament to the hard work and determination of this team.

"Every game has helped us build momentum, and we've continued to improve with each round. We’re especially proud of our strong defensive performances and clinical finishing.

"The focus now is on the final, where we’ll bring the same intensity and commitment to give ourselves the best chance of success. We’re ready and excited for the weekend."

The TV coverage on RTÉ Two on Sunday will get underway at 12 noon.
