Tullamore MMA gym Éire Grapple celebrating three big wins

March has been a great month for Tullamore's Éire Grapple gym as three of its fighters secured impressive victories in major events across the mixed martial arts (MMA) circuit.

The gym, based in Kilcruttin Business Park, Tullamore, is working ton establish itself as a powerhouse in the Irish MMA scene under the guidance of head coach Kieran Davern, who has led the team there for 13 years.

Éire Grapple's successes this month began when Shane Dunne showcased his relentless determination to earn a second-round submission victory at Birmingham on March 9.

Shane has been training with Éire Grapple since he was just 13 years old. Following his successful main event appearance at EFC in the Bridge House last December, he is set to step into the cage again in Tullamore on June 8.

Éire Grapple then had a double victory at Clan Wars in Belfast, as Ronan Deegan and Jason McCourtney both secured wins.

Ronan Deegan made a triumphant return after a two-year layoff due to injury. Displaying enhanced skills and unwavering resolve, he achieved a thrilling third-round TKO.

Following the win, Ronan took the mic to call for a shot at the Clan Wars Bantamweight title - a testament to his confidence and hunger for success.

Jason McCourtney, meanwhile, delivered a composed and strategic performance, earning a unanimous decision victory over a formidable opponent. His well-executed game plan and evolving skill set were evident, showcasing the depth of talent at Éire Grapple.

Both fighters have dedicated months of hard work to prepare for their matches, and their victories are a reflection of their commitment and the quality of coaching at Éire Grapple.
