Tullamore College team comes in first place at regional Maths quiz in Birr

Tullamore College has extended its congratulations to Wyatt, Jessica, Linda, and Ruairí, who secured first place in the regional round of the Pi Quiz in Birr on Thursday.

Their impressive performance means they now advance to the national final on March 29, where they will compete against top teams from across the country.

All four Tullamore College teams performed brilliantly on the day, showcasing their problem-solving skills and mathematical talent. Their success is a testament to their hard work and dedication, as well as the fantastic support and guidance of Tullamore College’s Maths teachers, who continue to inspire a love for mathematics among students.

The school expressed its gratitude to St Brendan’s Community School, Birr, for their hospitality in hosting a fantastic event.
