Last-gasp goal secures divisional crown for Tullamore College U17s

The Tullamore College U17 boys' soccer team secured a dramatic victory against their close neighbours, Mercy Secondary School, Kilbeggan, in the West Leinster Junior Boys Division 2 final.

The clash ended in a 3-2 win for the Offaly side, with a last-minute goal from Dean Hickey making the difference.

The final was played at TUS Athlone and showcased great skill and determination from both sides.

Tullamore College praised the players for their hard work and outstanding performance, and also extended gratitude to the team's coaches, Mr Lowndes and Mr Mc Dermott.
