Kilcormac First Responders receive donation for defibrillator upkeep

Kilcormac First Repsonders have received a €3,000 donation from the recent Donal Guinan Memorial Tractor Run.

The group said the substantial contribution will significantly enhance essential medical equipment and their emergency response capabilities.

The funds raised will be allocated towards the upkeeping of the defibrillators and facilitating specialized training for the first responders.

Kilcormac Development Association said "These enhancements are crucial for ensuring prompt and effective medical assistance during emergencies, ultimately aiming to save lives and improve health outcomes in Kilcormac and its surrounding areas."

The Kilcormac First Responders have extended their heartfelt thanks to all, participants, and donors for organising the tractor run.

The group said the unwavering support and generosity of the community plays a pivotal role in strengthening the emergency response capabilities in the area.
