Offaly's senior footballers maintained their perfect start to the 2025 Allianz League campaign with a convincing win over Antrim at Glenisk O'Connor Park in Tullamore yesterday (Sunday).

And one of the standout performers on the day, full back John Furlong, was recognised for his performance by being named on the GAA.ie 'Team of the Week' today (Monday).

The Tullamore GAA clubman impressed throughout the afternoon, and in addition to his defensive duties he also got up the field to score a point as the Faithful men ran out winners on a 4-19 to 0-15 scoreline.

Next up for the Offaly footballers is a visit to Brewster Park in Enniskillen to face Fermanagh on Sunday next, February 23 (throw-in 2pm).
