Weather may affect deliveries

Due to the ongoing low temperatures and poor travelling conditions, there is a possibility that deliveries of this week's Offaly Independent may be impacted on Friday.

Offaly was one of 13 counties under an Orange warning for low temperature and ice last night (Thursday) and into this morning. Met Éireann said conditions would gradually improve over the weekend, with a thaw expected later today, and conditions milder by Sunday.
