An Evening with Catherine Fulvio in Tullamore

Tullamore College Parents Council has announced an evening with renowned celebrity chef and owner of Ballyknocken House & Cookery School Catherine Fulvio on Thursday, November 21 at 7pm in the Tullamore Court Hotel.

This forms one element of the Parents Council's efforts to gather additional funds to support the school in its various activities throughout the academic year.

On the evening Catherine will bring those attending through tips, tricks and recipes that will assist all to prepare for the festive Christmas season. Additionally, all present will receive a free recipe book of the recipes that Catherine prepares on the evening.

The evening will also focus on sustainability, emphasising how important it is to shop local. Indeed, more than 12 local suppliers will be present, selling and demonstrating their various food delights throughout the evening – supporting the sustainability theme while Catherine will also use some of their produce in her recipes.

The event is on in the Tullamore court Hotel at 7pm on Thursday, November 21 and tickets are priced at €25 each and currently available on https://willwego.com/event/tullamore-college/1
