Tullamore Musical Society to stage nostalgic concert this weekend

Members of Tullamore Musical Society will take a trip down memory lane this weekend with the staging of a very special concert to mark the award-winning society's 70th anniversary.

The concert takes place in Tullamore Court Hotel on Sunday evening next, October 27, at 6pm. The ever-popular Colin Hughes, a stalwart of many memorable productions with Tullamore Musical Society, will act as MC for the night and he will interview a host of current and former members of the society before they sing a song from their favourite show.

The nostalgic evening, called “Singing Through the Decades – 70 Years on Stage”will feature music from some of the most iconic musicals staged by Tullamore Musical Society over the past seven decades.
