Offaly company produces special milk bottles for Halloween

A local dairy company has been getting into the spirit of Halloween - and has given its name a seasonal twist.

Boora Bainne Milk Company has become 'Boooo...ra Bainne' for the time being, with the local business producing special Halloween-themed glass bottles for its customers!

Earlier this month, the company announced on social media that its spooky Halloween bottles had returned, in one-litre size.

Paul Molloy set up a pasteurising plant on his farm, which is located on the edge of Lough Boora Discovery Park in West Offaly in 2021, and has been selling pasteurised milk directly to the public ever since under the company name of Boora Bainne.

The glass bottles used by Boora Bainne are sourced locally, from Glass Innovations in Ferbane.
