Midlands author centres new book on Birr bog conservation project

Midlands author Dolores Keaveney has centred her new children's book titled The Lions The Bees And The Bogs around a Birr bog conservation project.

The Tullamore Lions Club's Clonbeale Mor Bog conservation project, which began in January of 2023, has featured in the new release.

The Lions, the Bees and the Bogs tells the beautiful story of a busy bee’s adventure with a mighty lion on a bog in the Heartland of Ireland.
