Sisters’ success is ‘Just The One’

Sisters Sarah and Heidi Murray from Moate have enjoyed a successful showing season with their young Hereford heifer, Shiloh – Farm Just The One ET, who was crowned National Pedigree Registered Hereford Heifer of the Year 2024 at The National Livestock Show in Tullamore.

‘Just The One’ comes from a distinguished line of breeding as her dam ‘Grianan Prim’ was crowned National Hereford Champion, as a yearling heifer at Tullamore Show in 2019.

Showing season success for the November 2023 heifer this year included being crowned Hereford Young Heifer of the Year at the North Tipp Show and Overall Hereford Champion and Pedigree Interbreed Champion of the Show at Moate Show.

At the Royal Meath Show, she won Hereford Heifer of the Year 2024, Junior Champion and Reserve Hereford Champion.
