Angling club donation “means the world” to Offaly Down Syndrome

Offaly Down Syndrome has expressed its gratitude to the Tullamore and District Angling Club for their generous donation of €900, saying “your support means the world to us and to the families we serve”.

This contribution was raised during the Johnny Cunningham Course Fishing Competition, held on July 16, and was supported by Vivados Fishing Tackle and Inland Fisheries Ireland, who provided t the competition prizes.

The Johnny Cunningham Course Fishing Competition is an annual event that brings together local anglers in memory of Johnny Cunningham, a cherished member of the community.

The competition not only honours his legacy but also reflects the generosity and unity of the Tullamore community.

Offaly Down Syndrome expressed appreciation to all anglers who participated in the competition, the organizers, and all who contributed to making the event a success
