Tyrone girls' charity GAA challenge to stop in Tullamore this weekend

Tori Crawford and Megan Skeffington from the Strabane Sigersons GAA Club in Tyrone have embaked on a journey around all 32 counties in Ireland in a bid to kick a point at every GAA County ground.

Their 'Kicking for Autism' campaign seeks to raise much needed awareness around autism acceptance within the Gaelic Games.

Tori and Megan started the challenge yesterday (Thursday), and are due to take to the pitch at Glenisk O'Connor Park in Tullamore tomorrow evening, Saturday August 31 at 6.10pm.

Offaly GAA's county board took to X, formely Twitter, to show their support for the amazing journey the girls have been on.

Offaly GAA wrote: "Starting on August 29 in Enniskillen and finishing in Omagh on September 1, these students and their support crew have a busy weekend planned.

Please donate what you can to these two inspirational girls. Make sure to come out and support the girls in your local county grounds! The very best of luck girls from all at Offaly GAA."
