Mairéad Scally is a regular participant and volunteer at Mountlucas parkrun and speaks fondly about her involvement: "It's a really enjoyable experience to volunteer at Mountlucas parkrun; it's a great opportunity to give back, and also is a great chance to get to know other volunteers and participants better. There are a range of roles, and some roles allow you to also participate in the parkrun as well as volunteer on the day, for example as tailwalker or first timers welcome. There's something for everyone!"
