Members of Tullamore Camera Club recently enjoyed a trip to Sligo.

The locations visited by the local group included Glencar waterfall, Parkes's Castle , Lough Gill, Classiebawn, Mullaghmore Glenniff Horseshoe, Drumcliff and Rosses Point.

The camera club's next meeting takes place in Offaly Historical Society premises this Thursday, May 30, at 8pm when Athlone-based portrait photographer Liam Kidney will deliver a presentation.

New members always welcome, and no experience is required.
