PHOTOS: Gardai give road safety tips to Cloghan pupils during Bike Week visit

As part of National Bike Week, Birr Gardaí attended St Mary's National School in Cloghan to speak to the students about keeping themselves safe while out cycling on the roads.

In a social media post, Gardai shared photos of the school visit. They thanked St Mary's NS for facilitating it, and said they had fielded some great questions from the children.

National Bike Week continues until this Sunday, and Offaly Sports Partnership said it had been going well so far, with "lots of people out cycling, joining events, and the schools getting the children involved too".
