Tullamore bar ranked in Pub Spy's top 10 of 2023

The Tullamore bar co-owned by Shane Lowry has been ranked in the top 10 in Ireland in the Sunday World's popular 'Pub Spy' feature.

The Old Warehouse at Bury Quay is owned by the golfer and his business partner Alan Clancy.

The Sunday World's Pub Spy recently looked back at 2023 and listed the top pubs visited throughout the country over the course of the year.

Pub Spy visited the Old Warehouse last February. Described as "beautiful" and "a must", it was the first pub listed in the top 10 for the year.

The article remarked on the pub's furnishings, which were "out of this world", as well as the "treasure trove of Offaly GAA memorabilia" on display.

"A wonderful addition to Tullamore town," it concluded.
