Edenderry's Christmas lights to be switched on this Sunday
Offaly County Council is organising an "Eden's Christmas Sprit" event in Edenderry this weekend, which will include the switching on of the town's festive lights.
The event will take place at the Edenderry Municipal District Offices between 3pm and 6pm on Sunday (November 26).
Members of the public are invited to come along and enjoy live music, children's crafts, and the switching on of the Christmas Lights.
The man himself, Santa Claus, will also be making an appearance, arriving to Santa's Grotto at 5pm.
