Black Bull Threshing Festival to take place later this month
The eagerly awaited return of the community threshing festival at the Black Bull in Sharavogue will take place later this month.
The festival will feature many attractions for all generations to enjoy with the opportunity to see a working threshing mill with a fabulous steam engine, large vintage displays, dog show with prizes galore, home produce and craft stalls and food stalls to grab a bite and more.
Attendees will enjoy live musical entertainment with Aisling Raferty, Glor na Tire winner and the renowned Dooley brothers and a variety of local talent.
Admission is just €5 for adults and children can attend for free.
The festival will be held in Sharavogue, R42E781 on Sunday August 27, commencing at 1pm.
