The sale, by online public auction, is being conducted by Murtagh Bros, and will take place on Friday, July 21, at 3pm.

In order to bid at the auction, it will be necessary to register with Murtagh Bros on or before Friday, July 14, with a deposit of €50,000. The deposit will be returned in full, if unsuccessful.

The property has an advised minimum value of €900,000, and is for sale in one or more lots.
