Step Brothers star spotted in Offaly

Step Brothers actor John C. Reilly was spotted yesterday in Moneygall whilst visiting Ireland.

The American actor who starred in Talladega Nights and What's Eating Gilbert Grape posed for photos with staff in the Barrack Obama plaza just off the M7 motorway.

Mr Reilly has strong Irish roots and was the International Guest of Honour at the Saint Patrick's Day parade in Dublin last year. He first visited Ireland for a press event with Will Ferrell a number of years ago.

The actor and comedian recently presented an award to Brendan Glesson at the Irish Film and Television Academy Awards in Dublin.
