Sherry FitzGerald Madden Loughrea and Portumna is handling the sale of the traditional style bar and restaurant as a going concern.

A historic premises in picturesque tourist town, the property spanning over 3,100 square feet was previously known as Commercial House and dates from 1912.

It was extensively renovated, refurbished and modernised to the highest standards in recent years to provide a well laid out premises, according to the sale notice.

The first and second floors are currently used for residential purposes and require some renovation works, it added.
