Birr Garda Station Open Day takes place this Saturday, October 15 from 11am to 3pm. There will be a sensory hour from 11am to noon.

The Air Support Unit, Armed Support Unit, Mounted Unit, Scenes of Crime Unit, Dog Unit and Community Policing are among those attending on the day.

The day, which open to the general public, will conclude with a parade of Gardai from Market Square to Emmet Square.

All are welcome.
