Tullamore council houses ready this summer
Some 18 new social housing homes in Tullamore will be allocated to tenants over the summer, Offaly County Council has confirmed.

Offaly County Council signed contracts in October 2018 with Coolsivna Ltd, for the construction of 18 social houses at Chancery Lane, Tullamore.
The council said this week that works are being finalised at the development is currently known as Chancery Walk.
The council said the houses will be allocated to tenants over the summer period when Offaly County Council and the contractor have completed all the final checks. The project had been subject to delays during the COVID-19 pandemic
The project involves four group houses, for members of the Travelling community, and 14 social houses.
There are five different house types in the scheme: five-bed houses; two-bed houses; two-bed terraced houses, three-bed terraced houses and three-bed semi detached houses.
