Over €375k spent on parking in Tullamore Hospital 

Over €375,000 was spent by those attending Tullamore Hospital in 2017.

A futher €317,000 was spent in Portlaoise Hospital, while Mullingar, people paid €225,0000.

That brings the total spend in the midlands to €918,0000 from people in the Midlands.

Nationally, €22.4 million was received in hospital facilities throughout the country in 2017.

The figures were revealed by the HSE.
