10 local properties going under the virtual hammer
Ten Offaly properties are going under the virtual hammer at an online auction on October 12.
A four bed semi-detached house in The Willows estate in Tullamore has a reserve price of €200,000, which is the largest of any of the ten local properties being auctioned in BidX1's latest online event.
A three bed semi-detached house in the An Corran estate in Crinkle has the lowest reserve price (€40,000) of the local lots in next month's auction.
There are two Clara properties up for sale, a three bed semi-detached house in the Westwood Grove estate (reserve price €130,000) and a three bed terraced house in the Marian Square estate.
In Edenderry, two properties are scheduled to go up for auction; a two bed end of terrace house in the Sycamore Court estate (reserve price €100,000) and a two bed terraced house in the Carrickhall estate (reserve price €70,000). Other local properties in the auction include two three terraced houses in Portarlington, one in the Crann Nua estate (reserve price €105,000) and the other in the Abhainn Dubh estate, which has a reserve price of €100,000.
A three bed terraced house on Daingean's main street has a reserve price of €60,000, while the only local parcel of land in the auction is a 5.55 acre plot in the village of Dunkerrin. The reserve price of the parcel of land is €50,000.
