Tullamore one of the most overcrowded hospitals in the country again
The Midland Regional Hospital in Tullamore is one of the most overcrowded in the country again today, with thirty patients on trolleys at the facility according to the INMO.
It stands behind just two others, with University Hospital Limerick reporting 44, and Cork University Hospital reporting 42.
This is the third day in a row Tullamore Hospital has sited high figures of overcrowding.
The nationwide figure is 361, an increase of 19% on the same day last year when there were 303 patients on trolleys.
