Good news as Costa Coffee comes to town
In a first for Tullamore, Costa Coffee is to open a new branch at Riverview Commercial Park in Cloncollig, and will create 12 full-time and part-time jobs.
Flanagan Securities Limited have said the new coffee house is expected to open in October.
Work has been progressing on the new building located beside Aldi and according to the heads at Costa Coffee.
“When Costa Coffee Tullamore opens its doors later this year, customers will not only be treating themselves to a luxurious cup of coffee they will also relish in the warm and inviting atmosphere Costa Coffee is renowned for. We look forward to the officially opening which will be announced soon.”
Costa Coffee is a coffee house company which was founded in 1971 by Italian brothers Sergio and Bruno Costa as a wholesale operation supplying roasted coffee to caterers and specialist Italian shops in the UK.
Since 1995 it has been a subsidiary of the Whitbread Company and is now an internationally recognised brand operating stores in 28 countries throughout the world. There are a large number of outlets in Ireland.
