Tullamore cafe refueling customers and their phones

A Tullamore restaurant has decided to give the big chains a run for their money by installing new Tech Tables that allow their customers to recharge their phones with having a cappuccino or a flat white.

Mary T's restaurant in Hugh Lynch's pub on Kilbride Street recently installed their new Tech Tables to improve their customers' experience when they visit.

“We want our customers to feel as comfortable as possible,” said Rachel Robbins, Manager at Mary T's.

“It’s incredibly irritating having to dash home to get your charger when you’re having a catch up and tea with friends, or even worse – stressing if you’re not contactable when your phone dies. It defeats the purpose of going for coffee if you can’t relax.

' Our customers are our priority and we want them to enjoy themselves and have a nice catch-up with friends. Adding phone chargers to our tables means our customers can relax and enjoy themselves without the panic of running out of battery – we’ll refuel our customers and refuel their phones in Mary Ts,' Ms Robbins said.
