Great lineup of Offaly Fleadh festivities for week in May

This year"s Offaly Fleadh takes place in Killina, Rahan, from May 3 to May 10. There is a great lineup of events for the week-long activities which gets underway on the bank holiday weekend. On Sunday, May 3, there is a dinner dance in the County Arms Hotel in Birr at 7.30pm. After the dinner the well-known Matt Cunningham will play for the ceili session and old time dancing. Tuesday night is quiz night. So test your knowledge in the Millennium room of The Bridge. Tra Na Gheist starts at 7.30pm. Tickets are at a premium and all money must be in by Monday, April 27.
